Ways to keep fit

On Microsoft teams, there are activities in the PE folder in which you can use to stay fit and healthy whilst at home.

Two topics of PE which are simple to complete at home are fitness and dance.

 

Dance is a fun way to keep up our fitness levels whilst enjoying music. There are numerous styles and genres of Dance in which you can participate in.

 

Fitness workout videos can be an excellent resource as they allow us to identify areas of our body in which we may want to specifically train such as our abdominal.

Kids HIIT Workout (High Intensity Interval Training and Tabata for Families)

This workout will get the blood flowing and your body working hard!

Boxing is a fantastic way to exercise and develop your cardiovascular endurance, coordination and strength

Just Dance Workout

This is a collection of "Just Dance" dances. You may want to try individual dances to your favourite songs. Keep fit and enjoy the music :)
