School Cleaner

We are looking for several cleaners to join our team, working 3 - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.  We are happy to be flexible as to how many shifts per week would suit a candidate.  Previous experience of working in a school or education setting would be desirable but not essential, as full training will be given. 

You need to be physically fit, be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance, possess a flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns and job tasks, observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties, be a team player, personable, emotionally intelligent with a sense of humour.  

You will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning duties and responsibilities, which include ensuring that the school is cleaned every day to the required standard.  Working safely using protective clothing, correct warning signs and equipment, being mindful of hazards to other staff and pupils.
