Dear Parents/ Carers and Pupil,

It is with great excitement that I can inform you that we are able to perform in our local community at Droitwich Methodist Church Centre, Worcester Rd, Droitwich WR9 8AN. We have three performances lined up at this venue across two separate dates Saturday 26^th November and Thursday 15^th December 2022. 

Your child is currently involved with one of our extracurricular clubs which will performing in the following events. Please read through the following information and complete the Microsoft form to give permission for your child to be involved. The deadline for this form to be completed is Monday 21^st November 6.00pm.

Performance two: Witton's Christmas Carol Performance, Thursday 15th December 2022, 6pm

• Including a variety of singing, poetry, storytelling and instrumentals. This is open for parents and family members to attend. Details regarding tickets will be in the Warbler soon.
• Performance One: 5.30 pm- 6.30 pm 
• Performance Two: 7.00pm - 8.00 pm. 
• Call time for performers is 5.15 pm to get settled before the performance.
• Dress: Formal black and white, any combination. 
• Video recording: The performance may be recorded and uploaded onto the Witton music website. No names will be used alongside media.
