Year 6 Learning

Welcome to the Year 6 Home and School Learning Page!

Thank you to everyone who has engaged in the home learning over the last 10 weeks - yes, it really has been that long! Now that the government has announced that, in addition to Year 7 key worker's children, Year 6 will return to school, we will make sure that those of you who are still at home will not be disadvantaged by the learning offered to those at school. For this reason, we have adjusted the lessons to be the same for Year 6 pupils at school as it is at home.

See the diagram below to see your new weekly expectations:

These tasks can be found in the weekly folder links below and answers are provided to allow you to self-mark. Remember, you are also expected to upload the weekly writing English task via Epraise; the task your teacher wants you to share will be added to Epraise as homework and identified on here (see English page). In addition to this, you have the option to upload another piece of work that you would like your teacher to see on a daily basis.

Stay calm, stay focused and keep learning - it will really help if you have a set timetable of your own to combat boredom and ensure the tasks are completed. I have adjusted the example below to reflect the new expectations:
