In athletics this week, we will look at a number of track and field events.
- Shot put (Use a tennis ball)
- Hurdles (Use a hurdle or a small object/folded towel
- Long jump
- Triple jump
- High jump (Use the scissor technique and try jumping over a small object
- Sprint (Try different distances and check your time)
Try 10 minutes at each station. Try to record your personal best in each activity
