Athletics

 

In athletics this week, we will look at a number of track and field events.

 

  1.  Shot put (Use a tennis ball)
  2.  Hurdles (Use a hurdle or a small object/folded towel
  3. Long jump
  4. Triple jump
  5.  High jump (Use the scissor technique and try jumping over a small object
  6.  Sprint (Try different distances and check your time)

 

Try 10 minutes at each station. Try to record your personal best in each activity
