Friday 19th November 2021

Hi 7QM,

A positive start to our new half term. It has been great to see the class collaborating together and supporting each other.  We have seem some great work on presenting their research about uses of resources in Antarctica and have just started a new geography topic which has already resulted in some excellent work on what an ice age is. In history, the children are deciding on whether King Charles I deserved to be executed.  Check out the Hall of Fame!

Well done to 7QM for the following achievements:

*  7QM worked well as a team to rise us to third in TTRS. We started the week in 5th!

*  Epraise chart toppers so far this month are Becca and Imogen.

EVERYONE has achieved their 'Amber Award' for 50 epraise points.  6  students now have their emerald award for 125 points.( and 3 are on 124 points)

*  7QM are still FIRST in the year group, having achieved an amazing 2782 epraise points between them. Keep up the brilliant work!

*  Well done to Jessie, Daisy, Sophie O and Liam for achieving their Bronze citizenship award.

  • Check Epraise to see when homework is set and due in.
  • Remember that English and Maths homework is now all online through Spelling Shed or Century.
  • Don't forget to do daily Timestable Rockstars homework.

  2. Water bottles - please ensure you have a water bottle that you can refill throughout the day in order to stay hydrated.
  3. Uniform - in order maintain high standards, we expect you to come to school in full uniform or PE kit on PE days. Please ask parents to contact your teacher if there is a reason for missing or alternative uniform.

  4. Equipment - you are required to provide your own equipment (blue pen, pencil, red pen, ruler, eraser, sharpener and glue stick). It is essential that you come to school prepared for lessons.

  5. Homework - please see your epraise planner for your individual expectations. Where logins and passwords are required, you must record your details somewhere safe or if forgotten, contact your teacher before the due date.
