Welcome to 6GT

Welcome to year 6! 

Autumn term has begun for our new year 6s and they are already smashing it with their behaviour. Please feel free to contact me at any point on Epraise and I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

We have so much to look forward too this term...

In DT we will be making pop up books based on a childhood nursery rhyme. In Art we will be creating some Kenyan style masks using a specific colour palette. In PE this term we will be doing Dance, Gym, Netball and football. History we are heading back to the Early Islamic Civilisation to see the impact they had on us today. 

Please remember:

We now have our homework system up and running, so don't forget to make sure this in on time. 

English and math's homework are due on Friday's, there will also be Times Table Rockstars and Spelling Shed set for you each week. Teachers will also be checking reading diaries every Friday.

Please come to school in your PE kit on Thursday and Friday.

• Plain black joggers/shorts
• Red Witton Polo
• Red or black socks
• Witton school jumper or cardigan
• Trainers
