Hi everyone,

5 more days of home learning and then we are back to school. This week you will see I have added some PSHCE slots; you need to engage in these so we can continue this when we are back in the classroom. Please carry on submitting work to me and stay safe.

 

There are no live lessons on Friday because we are having a whole day focused on World Book Day. Check you e-praise planner carefully.

Why does our emotional Well-being matter?

Managing our emotional well-being is equally important as our physical well-being. Taking time out your day to check in with your emotions and discuss your thoughts and feelings is an important part of dealing with our emotions. Sometimes it can be easy for our minds to get overwhelmed, therefore making it difficult to see the positives. By shifting our focus away from the negatives this can help emphasise the positive aspects of our character and personality.
