We have had a successful start to this academic year and you have earned an impressive number of Epraise points-keep it up. I am excited for the rest of the year where we have lots of exciting learning opportunities planned.
Managing our emotional well-being is equally important as our physical well-being. Taking time out your day to check in with your emotions and discuss your thoughts and feelings is an important part of dealing with our emotions. Sometimes it can be easy for our minds to get overwhelmed, therefore making it difficult to see the positives. By shifting our focus away from the negatives this can help emphasise the positive aspects of our character and personality.
