Lunchtime Supervisor (3 Vacancies)


We are currently looking to appoint 3 Lunchtime Supervisors, term time only.  Please find below the Job Description, Person Specification, Enquiry Letter and Application Form.

Role                Lunchtime Supervisor
Tenure           Term time and Permanent
Hours             5 per week (1 hour per day)
Salary            £1,634.39 – £1,686.31 per annum

 

About the role

Required to supervise pupils (aged between 9-12 years) in the Dining Hall, and/or assist in the playground during the lunch period. The position may involve some light lifting.

The successful candidate will have a sense of humour, able to deal with difficult situations in a calm & sensitive manner, work well in a team, hold positive values and have a cheerful disposition.

About the role

We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about learning and committed to providing high quality teaching and learning opportunities for pupils. We have 460 pupils who come from the town of Droitwich Spa and outlying villages. Our school is situated in beautiful grounds and our facilities are excellent. Recently Ofsted has judged the school to be ‘good’ with outstanding leadership. We are very proud of what we have achieved and want to continue to develop people and practice. You will find a friendly, open, caring and supportive team of staff who are dedicated to our children. We are committed to developing all of our staff through collaborative approaches and professional learning. We have very strong relationships with our pyramid of schools.

We are seeking an inspiring teacher with teaching standards of the highest quality and a strong commitment to the pupils, school and wider community. The successful candidate will be a Class Teacher and will be able to teach a range of subjects at Key Stage 2 or 3 (Year 7 only).
